Mother of three burnt alive in Mansehra district of Pakistan

MANSEHRA, 30 January:

Police in Mansehra city of Pakistan is searching for unknown perpetrator who burned alive a mother of three children inside her home early Monday morning, authorities told in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtonkhawa province.

According to police, a woman Aneela Bibi mother of three children in Mansehra’s Athar Shesha area was found burned to death inside her home. Police shifted the dead body to King Abdullah Hospital.

Police believe two suspects entered Aneela Bibi’s home, gagged her, and then tied her to her bed before dousing her in petrol and setting her on fire.

Local people said that after hearing cries they rushed to Aneela Bibi’s house where they found her dead. They said that the deceased’s husband is in jail in murder case.

Police has registered a First Information Report (FIR) against unknown suspects on the request of the woman’s father Sadiq and launched investigation into the murder.

Last year a girl student who allegedly helped her friend’s escape from home to get marry with her lover was also found burnt alive in a car in the neighboring Abbottabad city.
