JKLF condemns violations in Kashmir

Brussels, Nov, 08: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Belgium Organized a demonstration in front of European Commission at Brussels seeking attention of world community,on present human rights situation in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).

JKLF strongly condemned the external invasions in J&K on 22nd October & 27th October 1947 as well as current human rights violations in all parts of the conflict ridden region of J&K.

JKLF condemned FEMA notice issued to its Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik and two others, by the Enforcement Directorate in a 17-year- old case.

“The case is pending trial in a court at Jammu and the court has granted bail to the accused after being prima-facie satisfied that they are not involved in the commission of the crime,” speakers said.

They also urged international community  to break its silence on the severe situation in J&K and needs to recognize aspirations of the Kashmiri people and help them for resolution of the long standing Kashmir Issue.

JKLF Appeal to UN and EU to immediately send their fact finding missions in order to independently probe the severe situation in all five parts of former princely State of Jammu Kashmir.
